Harnessing The Power of Legacy For The Community

With so much transpiring in the  community and the nonprofit sphere, we at The Richmond Planet Foundation are restructuring our plans.   With the sudden passing of our brother Cary C. Mitchell a few months ago we are  making major changes in our board and overall structure.

We will continue to promote the award winning TiLT CREATIVE documentary "Birth of a Planet" and the state approved Richmond Planet License Plate.  We are also proud to partner with Woodland Cemetery, The VA War Memorial and First African Baptist Church to build The Veterans Memorial Gardan at Woodland..
There are several other initiatives involving volunteerism at Evergreen and East End Cemeteries forthcoming.
